Deciding Between Front or Rear Anti-Sway Bar for a 2020 Forest River Georgetown 31L5
Question:
I have a 2020 Forest River Georgetown Series 5 31L5 on a 2019 Ford F53 V10 chassis. Have already installed a Saf T Plus steering stabilizer, which helped with the push when tractor trailer rigs pass. Now looking to minimize the roll when changing lanes, driving on rough/rutted roads, and with cross winds. Would you still recommend doing rear anti-sway bar first, then add the front sway bar if necessary? Addl note, about half the time, I am towing a 2017 Ford Edge with a Blue Ox tow bar. Thanks.

Expert Reply:
Yes, the rear anti-sway bar is the first and most worthwhile upgrade you can do on a motorhome. The 2020 Forest River Georgetown 31L5 would use the Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1139-149 for the rear and part # RM-1139-148 for the front. It would be best to do both but I would do the rear before the front.
