Fit of K Source Universal Clip-On Towing Mirror # KS3891 on 2008 Toyota Tacoma

I have a 2008 tacoma which in the winter months, is used to pull a 2 space clam-shell snowmobile trailer. The stock mirrors leave quite a bit of blind spots and am looking for an after market mirror or a clip on that would give me more viewing ability. In my internet searches, I find very little options for the tacoma. Thanks in advance...

The K Source Universal Clip-On mirror you mentioned, part # KS3891 will work just fine on your 2008 Tacoma. The mirror will clip to your mirror housing, and the ratcheting straps would secure it in place.

The largest, most stable universal-fit mirror we offer is the CIPA Deluxe Door Mount Mirror, part # 11650.

Both mirrors are highly rated by our customers, either option would work well for you. Since you will primarily be using the mirror in winter weather, I would lean toward the CIPA mirror. My fear is that the rubber straps of the K Source mirror might become brittle in extreme cold conditions.

At this time, none of our mirror suppliers offer a custom towing mirror for the 2008 Tacoma.
