Recommended Bike Rack for Pedego Stretch E-Bike
Question:
Pedego stretch @ 73#s with 50inch axle to axle and flx step thru @ 45#s and 45inch wheelbase. What are my options?

The best option for the heavy Pedego stretch e-bike you mention would be the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2, part # HLY74FR. This rack handles bikes weighing up to 80 lbs a piece with wheelbases up to 60" long and tires up to 5" wide.
For the weight and wheel base you mention, this rack would be a great fit. It features a locking hitch pin, cable lock and bike retention hooks. The rack can tilt away with the bikes in place for easy access to the rear cargo area of the vehicle and can fold up against the rear of the vehicle with the bikes removed to take up less space.
The Swagman # S94FR E-Spec you'd looked at is a good rack, but it doesn't have sufficient weight or wheelbase capacity to accommodate your Pedego Stretch.
