Recommended Bike Adapter Bar for Surface Rook Step-Through Electric Bike

Hi I currently have the rola convoy bike rack. I want to carry my Surface Rook step through electric bike. To make it easier I would like to put on an adapter bar to better secure bike. The distance from the sit post to handlebars is 23” For example, the swagman S57FR What are your thoughts Thank you

The Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar part # 64005 will work with a Surface Rook Step-Through Electric Bike and is what I recommend for the Rola Convoy Bike Rack.
