You will need to choose the correct Fifth Airborne replacement pin box based on the pin box that is currently on your fifth wheel trailer. Each Fifth Airborne pin box is designed as direct replacement for specific pin boxes. If you can send me the make and model number of the pin box that is currently on your trailer, then I can recommend the correct Fifth Airborne for you.

Any of the Fifth Airborne Air Ride pin boxes will work with the hitch on your Kenworth T800 assuming it accepts the industry standard 2 inch king pin.
