With your 2009 Chevrolet Silverado lowered 3" in the back Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle Item # F2430 are not going to work. I contacted Firestone to be sure and they do not offer any airbag system for lowered vehicles.
There is an option to add TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade w Quick-Disconnect - Lower Overload Springs - Stainless Steel Item # TLA7310S. This kit attaches to your lower overload spring and each plate can be turned under the spring pack before adding a load so your overload spring is pre-loaded. It keeps the back of your truck up and level and reduces sway and body roll. Each plate can be easily turned back out when not carrying a load for normal driving comfort.
You can also use SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle Item # SSR-209-40 and cut a few coils off to accommodate the vehicle being lowered.
I have provided a link to a review video on the StableLoad so you can take a look and see what you think
