If the rear of the vehicle settles or squats more than an inch or so when the trailer is coupled, I would recommend using a weight distribution system.
If you are not experiencing any squat in the rear of the vehicle, you should be fine without using weight distribution.
For such a low tongue weight you can use Reese light duty system, # 66557. You will just need to add a ball to this system using # 63845 for a 2 inch or # 63847 for a 2-5/16 inch. I have included links to are helpful articles on determining tongue weight and weight distribution for you.
