When looking at the data plate on a trailer how do I figue the weight of the trailer itself. Im looking for a enclosed trailer for hauling my motorcycles [2] with an 01 GMC Sonoma 4X4 with trailer brake hook ups.

When looking at the data plate, look for the GTW, Gross Trailer Weight. This is the unloaded weight of the trailer.
