A 12R tire is huge but it is possible that it could fit on Curt spare tire carrier # c31006. In order to determine if your 22 inch wheel will fit, I have taken some measurements and made some pictures for you to view.
You can also get a piece of paper and draw a triangle on it that measures 6-1/2 inches across at the bottom and 7-1/4 inches long on each side. The top of the top most hole of the carrier is at the point of the triangle and the two ends are the ends of the bottom most holes. Lay that on your wheel to determine if the bolt holes line up.
The carrier does not have an official weight capacity so you will have to go by the tongue weight capacity of the hitch it will be in and make sure the combined weight of the carrier and the spare do not exceed the hitch tongue weight capacity.
If the spare has a high positive or negative offset then you may find it difficult to mount the wheel to the carrier.
