Can you recommend the best setup to install two sets of Hullavators on a 2013 Toyota Tacoma double cab without an existing roof rack?

To carry two Thule Hullavators kayak carriers # TH898 on the roof of a vehicle you'd need to have a roof rack with longer bar lengths as each of these takes up about 28.5 inches of bar space. So your best roof rack setup for your 2013 Toyota Tacoma double cab would be the part # Y00426, # Y28TR, # Y06125, and # Y06128 which has 60 inch long crossbars that the Hullavator could fit on.
