The Sport RIder SE is a very dependable type of rack that has the capacities you need for your two E-Bikes to get them through the mountains. The Swagman cover is designed to work with a rack of this type and it will help to keep the bikes clean for you. There are several straps that you will use to cinch down around the bikes helping to keep the cover from flapping during travel.
