Could Frame Cradles of Hollywood Racks Traveler be Removed if Not Needed

can I remove 2 of the 4 bike holders off the rack?

If you removed the end caps of the Hollywood Racks Traveler 4 Bike Rack Part # HR8500 you could slide the frame cradles off of it. Typically it's easiest to just slide the ones you don't want to use out of the way on the arms.
