Can Reese RP30035-023 Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit Be Used Along With B&W Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitch

will this kit work with a bandw gooseneck hitch already installed in 2005 dodge ram 2500?

As you can see in the provided diagrams from the installation instructions, the frame bracket for the B&W Turnover Ball Sits right atop where the front mounting brackets for the Reese # RP30035-023 kit would sit, so unfortuantely you'd need to remove the Turnover Ball to install the Reese Bracket/Rail kit.
What you could do to utilize your existing Turnover Ball hitch would be to use the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500-5W which is designed to use your gooseneck hitch as a mount. I've linked to a video showing how the Companion fits right into the B&W Turnover Ball.
