Can I put two of these on my 2006 Honda Odyssey for two kayaks?

The best and really only option to carry two kayaks on a 2006 Honda Odyssey with factory roof rack would be to use a set of j-style carriers, the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier part # e98878 is what I recommend. In regards to load assist, you really just don't have any good options.
The Yakima ShowDown Kayak won't work on a factory roof rack and you won't have enough room to fit two even if an aftermarket roof rack is used.
