Is the Replacement Driver Side Mirror Available in Red for a 1995 Chevrolet Corsica

Are these available in other colors besides black? Specifically the Cayenne red color.

The replacement mirror # CM27092 only comes in black. The housing is made of ABS plastic so it could be painted but depending on what type of paint you use it may not stick well. I recommend priming it, using automotive grade paint, and then finishing with a clear coat.
