Will Bumper Mounted Bike Rack Damage 5th Wheel Bumper
Question:
I have a 1999 Carriage Cari Lite 5th wheel. Some of the reviews I have read said it twisted the bumper/ sewer hose carrier. Are these legit concerns and is there an easy way to make it more secure.

If the bumper the carrier is attached to is a continuously welded (not spot welded) steel (not aluminum) bumper and the 70 lb weight capacity (35 lbs per bike) is adhered to like our product description states, the rack will not damage the bumper.
If the rack is attached to an aluminum, plastic or steel bumper that is not fully welded all the way across, the weight of the rack and the bikes can damage the bumper, but if the rack is installed and used properly, there will be no worries about damage.
If your bumper set up is differently, please get back with me and we will try to find another solution for you.
