Will Using 2 Inch Trailer Ball on 3592 Ball Mount Affect Trailer's Ability to Turn
Question:
Can a 2inch ball go on this hitch and still be useful and handle a trailer and turning. Of can it only handle a smaller ball for turning etc...

You most certainly can use a 2 inch ball like # 19258 with the # 3592 ball mount without impacting the ability of the coupler to rotate on the ball especially when you consider that 1-1/4 inch ball mounts are typically used in the rise position. I've linked to some description/demonstration videos for you.
