Hello. What size carriage bolts are needed for these trailer stake pockets? Thank you.

The square opening for the fastener on the # 337B2374GZ is 7/16 of an inch square. The size and length of the carriage bolt will depend on what sort of the material you're attaching the stake pocket to, but the carriage bolt should have a 7/16 inch shoulder on it.
