In order to use your Scott Sub Active E-bike on the Hollywood Racks SportRider SE # HLY84FR you would need to use a bike adapter bar like the # HRBA-PRO to accommodate for the aggressive step through frame on the bike. In my opinion, the SportRider SE is the best available option for heavy e-bikes, so you've made a great choice.
