Surface Mount for USB Ports on Ceiling

Question:

I am looking to run wire along my ceiling to this usb port and another light. I am making sure that I will not have to drill into the ceiling for this to sit flush with the ceiling.

You can even avoid the mount screws if desired using a strong dual sided tape or Velcro.
