Question:
I am looking to run wire along my ceiling to this usb port and another light. I am making sure that I will not have to drill into the ceiling for this to sit flush with the ceiling.

The Charging Station for RVs - 2 USB Ports - Ivory # DG61032VP is surface mount. The wires are typically run through a drilled hole, but that is an absolute requirement. You can even avoid the mount screws if desired using a strong dual sided tape or Velcro. The light will need to be something lightweight like the Optronics LED RV Interior Double Dome Light with Switch - 815 Lumens - White Housing - Clear Lens # RVILL34 that weighs 0.42 lbs.
