Which Rear Sway Bar For 2020 Winnebago Adventurer

The specs say my Winnebago Adventurer is 18000 GVWR would using one for 22000 GVWR be better.

No. You'll want to stick with the # RM-1139-146 instead of the # RM-1139-149. While they may look the same, there will be some subtle differences that would create fitment issues when trying to use a larger sway bar on a smaller coach than it is designed for. This could create handling issues that would pretty much negate what the enhancement was designed for.
For your 2020 Winnebago Adventurer with a 18000-lbs GVWR, the correct rear sway bar is the Roadmaster # RM-1139-146
