Recommended Bike Rack and Hitch Receiver for Travel Trailer Bumper

Question:

I found two answers to this, but to be honest they are not clear. One says that the weld needs to be down the entire length of the bumper, but that makes no sense to me, as I have never seen a bumper attached down the entire length. My bumper is welded a the tube frame at each end. Each weld goes all the way around the tube. Please see attached picture. Is that what is meant by continuously welded? Is this good enough for me to bolt on a hitch receiver for a bike rack? There is not enough room underneath to bolt on one of your hitch receivers due to a tank that is close to the back. Nor can I fit a bumper reinforcing bracket against the frame because it will interfere with the jack. Unless maybe I pay someone to move the jacks forward an inch or two. In case it matters, this is a 2016 Pacific Coachworks M16 RB. BTW, I have purchased at least 3 hitch receivers from you. Maybe more.

Thanks for the photo. The Swagman Around the Spare Deluxe 2 Bike Rack for RV Bumpers # S80501 and the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches or RV Bumpers # S64663 are great options for your 2016 Pacific Coachworks Northland Travel Trailer. The bumper has to be completely enclosed is the explanation you are likely seeking. The Tube with fully welded enclosed ends is ideal and is normal for many applications but not all. You can alternatively use the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-100, # BA-100, # 337RVA24 or # UF35-946401 for Travel Trailer rated bike racks.
