Best Lightweight Bike Rack for 1999 Toyota Tacoma

I am looking for a platform bike rack for my 1999 Toyota Tacoma 2WD Off Road Pre-Runner V6. I am getting a 2 inch hitch installed. I would like a two bike rack that is as light as possible I am 72 years old because I will only hook it to the hitch on occasion and will store it the rest of the time. So the rack should be easy to get off and on the hitch, and it should be able to be locked on to the hitch to keep someone from stealing it when we are off riding paths on the bikes. Which model would you recommend and how much does it weigh?
