When it comes to a trailer hitch for your 2009 Toyota Sienna I recommend the etrailer Hitch # e98837 because it has a matte black finish that does a better job at hiding scratches and dings from road debris than the classic glossy black finishes. All of the hitches are about the same when it comes to price.
When it comes to bike racks there are a huge variety of options on the market and the varying costs really boils down to who the manufacturer is and what kind of features are on the bike rack. With that being said, out of the options that we carry I have 2 recommendations for you and the option you choose really depends on the frame style of your beach cruiser bikes.
If your beach cruisers have a horizontal top tube so they can be placed on a hanging bike rack then the Hollywood Racks Traveler 4 Bike Carrier # HR8500 is about as inexpensive as you're going to find. This rack is pretty basic but will get the job done.
If your beach cruisers have the curved top tube or a step-thru frame then I recommend the Hollywood Racks Destination 4 Bike Platform Rack # HR4000 instead. This is a much better bike rack and I recommend this over the Explore if you plan on transporting your bikes a lot.
Attached are review videos for both bike racks that you can check out.
