What Drilling Is Required for Curt Hitch on 1990 Chrysler LeBaron Convertible

I have a 1990 Chrysler Lebaron Convertible, and Im only looking to attach a bike rack, not tow anything. What kind of drilling is required? I have tried to install the draw-tite brand one but they keep getting bent in shipping. Im cautious about drilling into a 31 yr old car.

In regards to the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12025 which is a fit for a 1990 Chrysler LeBaron Convertible, you only need to drill one small hole to re-bolt the exhaust hanger bracket but that's all. It's super minor and not anything that you should let stop you for installing the hitch.
