Will this setup work with the Patriot Slider Hitch or only the Companion Slider Hitch?

The Custom Underbed Installation Kit part # BWGNRK1384-5W which is a fit for a 2018 Ram 2500 will only work directly with the B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # BWRVK3400. The B&W Patriot Slider 5th Wheel Hitch is not compatible.
