Where is the Gooseneck Ball Hole Located in the Bed of a 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Long Bed
Question:
I bought a 2008 2500 hd extended cab long bed diesel that has had a gooseneck hitch on it in the past. I was wondering if I could get specifics on the hole locations for the ball and the tie downs to know it the previous holes will work for this specific model. I would really like to use this hitch and hope that it will work.

On the Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose, # 9465-34, for the 2008 Chevy Silverado, the center of the gooseneck ball hole will be 49-3/8 inches forward of the rear edge of the truck bed (not the tail gate. I have included a link to the instructions for the hitch and installation kit for you to compare to your truck to determine fit.
