It sounds like you wanting to upgrade from 8" wheels to 12" wheels to obtain a higher speed rating and if that's the case we have just what you need in the Taskmaster 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire w/ 12" Silver Mod Wheel part # TA26RR. This tire/wheel combo measures 21.5" diameter x 5.3" wide and has an 81 mph speed rating.
You should also consider this size in a radial tire. You would have to purchase the tire and wheels separately and have them mounted at a local shop. You could do this with the Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # TT53012C for the tire and something like the # TA79RR for the wheel. Getting the radial tire with the 81 mph speed rating would be worth the extra task of having them mounted upon arrival.
