That is a great question and yes the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches Item # RP30073 is compatible with Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle Item # AL88398 on your Ford Super Duty.
If the under-bed Reese kit is already on the vehicle the frame bracket needs to be temporarily removed to install the Airlift spring and brackets on each side.

There are kits available with the under-bed rail kit and 5th wheel hitch. I would recommend Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Single Jaw - 20,000 lbs Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches Item Numbers: # RP30921, # RP30073 and Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug Item # 41157 to help complete you instillation and keep the 5th wheel wiring inside the bed of the truck rather than hanging it over the tail gate. The instillation video is on a 2012 Ford F250 but the instillation will be the same
