Recommended Light Weight 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4 Hitch on 2019 Toyota C-HR

Hi! Im looking for a 2 bike, bike rack for my 2019 CH-R that is conducive for female bikes. Im widowed so I prefer it to be relatively lightweight when I need to remove it. My neighbors dont mind helping, but I would love being independent at this task. I also need it to be able to tilt away, and to be folded up when not in use. My research tells me wheel mounted as opposed to frame mounted might be easier for female bikes, but Im open to either as long as its simple to use day to day. I dont want to have to walk with tools when heading to a trail. Feel free to write back with a variety of ions in all price ranges. I wouldnt mind investing if its worth its review from you.
