Tank construction of the Atwood RV Water Heater part # AT94022
Question:
Is this tank made of all aluminum but just different types of aluminum or is it a combination of aluminum and another type of metal possibly stainless steel? It states aluminum-clad which can mean several possibilities. Is the aluminum inside or outside or both? BTW great video very worthwhile.

The tank on the Atwood RV Water Heater part # AT94022 is steel to handle the pressures we sometimes see inside of the tank and is then clad or dipped in aluminum in and out to help keep build up to a minimum.
