Does the Spring Center Distance on Replacement Axle Need to Match That of Existing Axle
Question:
Hello, Your product 20440I-EZ-60 lists a hub face of 60inch which matches mine. However the spring center is slightly different. Your product lists a spring center of 48, my spring center is 46.5. So this puts the springs at 3/4inch off at each side. Is this a problem? Or will the springs shift enough to accomidate the 3/4inch without additional problems? Thanks.

You'll need the spring centers to match the existing distance of 46.5. You could indeed still use the axle, you'd just need to take an angle grinder and remove the existing spring seats. Then, tack weld two of the # TRSS175 replacement spring seats in place. I've linked you to some product description and installation videos that you might find helpful.
