Disc Brake Upgrade Kit for 2020 Winnebago Micro Mini 2108

thinking about doing a disk brake conversion. have a 2020 winnie bago micro mini 2108 FBS travel trailer. according to the sales brochure it has two 3700lb axles under it, i dont see them listed anywere so im not sure what kit to look at. i do have 15inch wheels have 5 lugs, but i measure them at 4.25? center to center if one lug hole is at 12oclock position, im measuring from the 9am to 3pm positionhope that makes sense and is correct. wondering if this is the correct kit

Your 2020 Winnebago Micro Mini 2108 FBS would have the standard 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern like what comes with the Titan kit part # T4843700 that you referenced. The hubs will fit your axles too so this kit would overall work and fit great.
