Timbren Suspension Enhancement for 2007 Ford -150 with 3 inch Lift

what all will I need to install system on a 2007 Ford F-150 2WD with 3inch lift 3inch block on back axle

If the 3 inch lift added 3 inches to the distance between your frame rails and your axle you'd need to use 3 1-inch spacers with the Timbren kit part # TFRTT1502D on your 2007 Ford F-150. For that you'd need the part # A25723-90AH00. You'd need a total of 6 of these and you'd need to supply bolts that are 3 inches longer.
If instead you have a 3 inch body lift and the suspension didn't change then you wouldn't need the spacer.
