Will the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Bike Rack Hold 2 RadCity Step-Thru E-Bikes

Will the Item # HLY84FR work for hauling 2 RadCity Step Through E-Bikes? My concern is will the hooks slide down the center pole far enough to secure the step through bikes?

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2 Electric Bike Rack # HLY84FR will hold your RadCity Step-Thru E-Bikes. Having two step-thru bikes on this rack creates a slight challenge to get both of the arms down all the way but they do travel the entire length of the center mast. Using the Hollywood Racks Bike Frame Adapter Bar # HRBA-PRO will allow a higher point of contact for the rack's arm when securing your bikes.
I have attached a video below on how it attaches to your bike. Sabrina uses it for a hanging style bike rack, but the hook would make contact with the bike bar essentially creating a top tube for your bike.
