Replacement Hub and Bearing Kit Needed for Boat Trailer with 3,500 lb Axle

I need help selecting the right product. I need a hub, cup and bearing kit for my trailstar boat trailer. 5 lug x 4-1/2 bolt pattern 1-3/8 straight spindle 3500 lbs rated

Based off of the info you gave me it looks like the correct replacement hub assembly kit is part # AKIHUB-545-35-G-K. This is designed for 3,500 lb axles and has a galvanized finish which is great for boat trailers as it lasts longer in regards to boat trailer use in the water.
This assembly has an # L68149 inner bearing with a 1.378" inner diameter and an # L44649 outer bearing with a 1.063" inner diameter. It also includes the grease cap which I believe you were referring to.
