Question:
I have difficulty locating the appropriate wrench to be able to tighten and loosen the rack without great difficulty. Can you suggest or is an appropriate tool available.

The bolt head on the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin, # S64029, is 22mm. You will need a 22 millimeter wrench or socket (a socket and ratchet would be easiest to use) to tighten the bolt down.
