The Rampage XtremeLine Step Boards you referenced, part # RA16190-14615 are a fit for the 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Crew Cab so they won't work on your quad cab. For the Quad Cab, you'd want to use # RA14180-14615.

The nice thing about these step boards is their stainless construction, which means that they'll hold up for a long time. The steps are a pretty simple no-drill install.
