How Does Thule Lock Core Normally Install into Thule Rack

Question:

i purchased a thule bike rack from you. I love it BUT.. today, after locking the bike, when taking the key out of the lock, the entire lock core came out. YIKES, now what do i do? thanks

To install a lock core in a Thule rack you'll need the Thule change key part # 853-1251. You'll put this in the lock core and the insert it and the core into the Thule rack and then once you remove the key the core will be locked into the rack.
