Hitch Bike Rack Solution for Ford Fusion with 1-1/4 inch Hitch
Question:
Hello, I have a Ford Fusion with a 1.25 hitch. My bike rack is 2. I am looking for a 1.25 to 2 hitch adapter that has a 4 to 6 riser. The key is the riser must be 6 to 7 from the lower mounting hole to the back of the riser or it will hit my bumper. What are my options that you would have available?

We don't have any adapters that would match what you'd need and when you consider how much adapters like this affect the towing capacity of the hitch (cut by 50 percent) the best option is a new rack that fits the hitch directly like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z.
