Bike Rack Solution for Oliver Elite II Travel Trailer
Question:
Read your response to my question on you site. So, it seems that, as long as there is room between the pickup and the trailer this option would work. We would.like to use our existing rack, if at all possible. I recently had the opportunity to see an Oliver and measured from the receiver to the nearest point on the trailer (the tongue jack) at 34". The bike rack extends only 26". I'm sure there is enough vertical clearance, but might not work with the optional tongue cargo box, which we would like to have, but not if it prevents using our bike rack. I see several Oliver owners are using the Jack-it, but we prefer to use a tray rack.

The towing capacity restrictions of the Curt ball mount part # D210 are pretty odd but basically if you were to use it with a bike rack like the XTC # S64670 you mentioned the capacity would not be reduced. I really like the Lippert Jack-It part # LC429756 for people in your situation though as it gives you a way to carry a couple bikes above the propane tanks and does not affect the towing capacity.
