Question:
I need to replace an old F78 radial tire and wheel. Would that be an ST 205/75D14? Thanks

Yes, the correct metric size for the F78-14 tire size is an ST205/75-14 tire size. The ST205/75D14 is a bias tire and not a radial. For a radial, I recommend the Provider ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # TR20514. I've attached a video review to assist.
