The JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for 5th Wheel RVs w/ 58" or More Between Landing Gear # LC191023 installs by bolting on to the trailer's frame and the existing stabilizer legs, and there is no welding required. As long as you've got a little bit of mechanical knowledge, the installation really is fairly straightforward. You're likely going to need to drill holes in the frame members on your trailer to complete the installation, which should be the most labor intensive part of the process.

This kit does come with all of the hardware you'll need to install on a variety of different frame styles (C-channel, I-beam, etc.), so no trips to the hardware store will be required.
