Timbren Rear Springs and Spacers for Lifted 2019 Ram 1500 2wd New Body Style Bighorn

Question:

I have a 4inch lift in rear of truck. I measure around 6inch from frame/axle to bump stop cup lip closest to axle Im assuming the Timbren goes inside a bit of the way to seat properly. My question is approximately how tall is the timbren and approximately how many spacers will I need

The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR1500DQ has an overall height of 5-1/2 inches as you can see at the 1:45 minute mark of the attached video. For spacers you can use Timbren 1" Spacer For Raised Frame Vehicles - 1/2" bushing # TA25723-90AD00 or 1/2 inch spacer # TA25722-90F00. This will require a longer 10mm bolt grade 8 for any additional height. You don't want the complete distance to be filled with the spring and spacers because it will give you a rough ride when there isn't weight in the bed or on the hitch.

With a 4 inch lift, I recommend 2 inches of spacers for each spring.
