If the RV you speak of is a motorhome, we have an option, but nothing we offer will accommodate that heavy of a bike on the rear of a 5th wheel or bumper pull travel trailer because of how bouncy the suspensions of those vehicles are and the extended overhang typically found at the rear. A bike that heavy would eventually cause the hitch to detach from the rear of the vehicle due to the shaking and jarring it would experience.

For a motorhome, Hollywood Racks makes the Sport Rider SE, part # HLY84FR. This rack will handle two bikes weighing up to 80 lbs apiece with tires up to 5 inches wide. The rack is also capable of tilting rearward from the vehicle to allow easier access to the vehicle's rear cargo area or trunk. The ratcheting bike retaining hooks are lockable, and a locking hitch pin and a cable lock for extra security are also included. This rack might be about the only game in town that can accommodate your bike, but that doesn't mean you need to sacrifice anything by choosing this high quality bike rack.

I've linked to a product demonstration video for you to look at.
