As far as ease of use and best in features that award goes to the Yakima FullBack # Y02633, but since your 2017 Ford Explorer has the spoiler I recommend going with the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 3 Bike Rack # HRF2-3 instead.

The Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top is a little more rugged in the adjustments and installation but it was designed specifically for vehicles with larger spoilers like what you have on your Explorer. The upper straps will hold tight against the top arms so that no pressure will be placed on your spoiler. Please note that if you have any kids bikes or bikes without a horizontal top tube then you'll need to use the adapter bar # HRBA-PRO so that they sit level and have proper ground clearance.
