Recommended Weight Distribution System for 10K Trailer and Lifted Ford F-250
Question:
I’m looking for a weight distribution hitch for a 2019 f250 with 4 wheel drive on 36 and a 6 inch lift. It will be used to pull a 30ft camper that weighs 10000 lbs.

Expert Reply:
The Strait-Line Weight Distribution System part # RP66074 is an excellent option with some of the best sway control prevention on the market. It will be the perfect option for a 10,000 lb trailer. It also does not come with a shank which means you can pick out one specifically for your needs.
For example, if you have a tow vehicle with larger trailer hitch you can get a larger shank or if you have a truck with a lift you can get a shank with more drop. The Curt Weight Distribution Shank part # C17132 should work for you needs but I have attached a full list of options below.
