Could Optronics GloLight Trailer Taillight STL101RB Be Wired for Stop/Turn/Tail Circuits
Question:
i bought a pair of the halo led trailer light and want to retro fit them on a miata tail light, i want to get , running, brake and turn signal from them. can i use the outside ring of the halo for turn and running, and how do i wire it up. thanks

The GloLight LED Trailer Tail Light # STL43RB you referenced can be used for the application you mentioned. It's a dual intensity light which means that the lower intensity would cover the running lights and the brighter one would cover the stop and turn circuits. There isn't a way to operate the ring around the outside of the light separately.
You'd want the harness part # A45PB to install the light. White wire is for ground, black wire is for running lights and red would be for stop and turn signal.
