The Firestone Air Command I - Analog Gauge w/ Standard-Duty Compressor - Single Function - 130 psi # F2158 you referenced can be used to adjust air in anything you want to connect it to. It utilizes a 1/4 inch tube and fittings so if that is what your OEM system utilizes then you would be all set. If not you would simply need to get the adapter fittings compatible but the compressor will work.
I am not familiar with any OEM Ford Air Bag Suspension so I can't confirm the fittings.
