Compatibility of Thule Passage Trunk Mount Bike Rack # TH910XT with 2008 Chevy Equinox

Im trying to find a bike rack for 2 bikes to use on my 2008 Chevrolet Equinox? Will this product work on that vehicle? Thanks

The Thule Passage bike rack you referred to, part # TH910XT will indeed fit your 2008 Equinox. While the rack is in place, you will want to make sure NOT to use your rear wiper.

If you will be using a rack very frequently, you might be interested in the Thule OutWay part # TH45JV. The OutWay uses 2 rubber coated straps that attach the rack to the vehicle, instead of the rather awkward 6 straps and buckles used by other racks. The rack also features locks to secure the rack and the bikes to deter theft.

To carry women's bikes or bikes with sharply angled top tubes or step-through frames, using a frame adapter like part # TH982XT is recommended. The adapter spans the distance between the seat post and the handle bar gooseneck, and provides a level attachment point to the bike rack so the bike has greater ground clearance and is not carried at an angle.
